Terms of Service

You may browse the site, contact us and place orders for your own business or for a client you are authorized to represent. Please use it lawfully and in good faith. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site or order from us.

We sell digital services and digital files: logo animations, template animations, logo design packages and custom animation work that we quote to the scope of the project. We do not sell physical goods and we do not ship anything.

Descriptions, sample videos and screenshots on the site show the style and quality you can expect. Colors can look different on different screens, so a sample may not match your display exactly.

Payment is made by bank transfer. After you place an order, the site shows the bank details and a reference to use. We confirm that the payment has arrived before any work starts, and the delivery time begins from that point once we also have your files and details.

Prices are those shown on the site when you order, or in the written quote for custom work. We may change prices for future orders. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when a listed price contains an obvious mistake, and if we do we will tell you by email and return any money you have already paid for it.

When you upload a logo, text or any other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that using it for your project will not infringe anyone else's rights. If you are not sure, check before you send it.

You allow us to use your materials to produce your order. We will show the finished work in our portfolio or on social media only if you agree to that first.

Logo design packages include unlimited revisions on the logo design until you approve it. Revisions for other services are those listed on the service page or in your quote. Requests for a new concept or for work outside the original brief may be treated as a new order.

Standard template animations are delivered within 96 hours and rush template orders within 24 hours. Logo design is delivered within 1 to 5 business days. These times start when payment is confirmed and we have everything we need to begin.

We deliver finished files by email. If a delay is likely, we will let you know. If a delivered file has a fault, we will fix it or send a new copy, as described in our Refund Policy.

Once your order is paid in full, you may use the delivered files for your business in the ways the service was meant for, such as your website, videos, presentations and social media channels.

We keep ownership of our working files, project sources, tools and anything we made before your order. Template animations are built from designs we already own, and the same underlying template may be sold to other customers with different logos and colors. Your logo and brand remain yours.

You may not resell or redistribute the delivered files as a stand-alone product, or sell our templates as your own.

Do not use the site, or what we deliver, for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful. In particular, do not upload material you have no right to use, send malicious code, try to break or bypass site security, scrape the site, or submit false information when you order.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about the site or our services, we may use them to improve what we do, without owing you payment.

The site may rely on outside services, such as hosting or email, and may link to other websites. We do not control those and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work carefully, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, arising from your use of the site or the files we deliver.

Where the law permits a limit, our total liability for any claim connected with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may refuse or stop service to anyone who breaks these terms. If that happens after work has started, the Refund Policy still applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies from the date we post it on this page, and orders already paid for stay under the terms in force when they were placed.
