Refund Policy

Aegis Animation Studios sells digital services and digital files only. Nothing is shipped. Each logo animation, template animation and logo design package is produced for you after you order, and it is delivered to you by email as a downloadable file.

Because the work is custom digital production, we do not refund an order once our team has started on it. That includes any order we have already delivered by email.

Starting work means we have confirmed your payment and begun designing, animating or setting up your files. Time spent on your project cannot be handed back, which is why the line sits at the start of production rather than at delivery.

A refund is not the only way to put things right. If the final video or logo file we deliver has a problem, such as a broken export, a wrong file format, a missing element or a mistake that does not match your order details, write to us and tell us what you see. We will correct it or send a fresh copy of the file until it is what you ordered.

Please contact us soon after you receive the files so we can check them against your original order.

Logo design packages that include an animation follow two steps. We design the logo first, and the animation only begins after you approve that final design. You can ask for as many revisions of the logo design as you need before you approve it, as each package page explains.

Logo design is delivered in 1 to 5 business days.
